As the creative industry evolves, Fish Eggs integrates modern visualization and exploration tools to enhance our design process. While these tools improve speed and expand creative possibilities, human expertise, taste, and oversight remain at the center of everything we deliver. To ensure our work is always safe, legal, commercially compliant, and network-ready, we follow a strict set of internal guidelines. These protocols apply to all projects, across all stages of the creative and production process.
1. Human-Led Creative Direction & Final Production
AI-enhanced tools may assist in early exploration and ideation, but:
• All final designs, animations, logos, and show packages are created, refined, and approved by human designers.
• We do not deliver AI-generated content directly without human modification, validation, or recreation.
• Every asset is reviewed for broadcast compliance, originality, and client-specific brand standards.
AI expands our creative process — it never replaces professional craft.
2. Commercially Licensed, Legally Safe AI Tools Only
Fish Eggs uses AI platforms that provide:
• commercial usage rights
• copyright-safe training data, and
• legal indemnification (where applicable).
Our approved tools include platforms that have:
• transparent training data practices
• enterprise-level copyright compliance
• NDAs or secure environments for protected client material
• guardrails preventing replication of known copyrighted images or likenesses
We do not use experimental, unlicensed, unverified, or non-commercial AI tools in client projects.
3. Zero Use of Unlicensed Likenesses, Logos, or Protected IP
Our protocols strictly prohibit the use of AI to generate:
• celebrity likenesses without permission
• trademarked or copyrighted imagery
• proprietary brand assets
• real people’s faces through training or likeness synthesis
• content that imitates another studio’s creative identity
Anything AI generates must be fully original, ethically sourced, and legally clear for commercial use.
4. Secure Handling of Client Assets & Confidential Information
We treat all client materials — scripts, logos, footage, brand assets, strategy documents, and unreleased intellectual property — with strict confidentiality.
We do not upload client IP into:
• public AI tools
• datasets used for ongoing training
• platforms without privacy guarantees
Approved use requires either:
• disabled training modes,
• local processing, or
• enterprise-level accounts with “no data retention” policies.
Client assets remain protected at all stages.
5. AI-Assisted Exploration Only, Never Final Delivery Without Human Validation
AI is used in controlled, early-phase contexts such as:
• style exploration
• color, tone, and mood studies
• rapid ideation
• conceptual visualization
• reference generation
• design problem-solving workflows
Final creative deliverables — including logos, typography, illustrations, animations, and motion graphics — are produced manually by our team using industry-standard tools.
All AI-inspired concepts undergo professional translation into fully original assets.
6. Human Review for Copyright, Accuracy & Appropriateness
Before anything goes to a client, creative leads review content to ensure:
• originality
• compliance with copyright and trademark law
• avoidance of unintended resemblance to existing IP
• factual accuracy when applicable
• clarity and appropriateness for broadcast or commercial use
We err on the side of caution, and will rebuild or redesign any element that could present legal ambiguity.
7. Transparent Communication With Clients

Clients can always request clarity on:
• how AI tools are being used
• what portions of the process include manual craftsmanship
• what safeguards are in place
• how privacy and IP are protected
If a project or network requires a no-AI workflow, we can follow a fully traditional production process upon request.
